Rotating Monitor motor & motor mounting brackets - Generic Linear Actuator with Feedback: 8" Stroke, 12V, 1.5"/s (from Pololu); Pololu Simple Motor Controller 18v7 (also from Pololu) Note: I used the one w/o feedback because it was cheaper.  It might be easier but a little more costly to use the one with feedback.

Lazy Susan Bearing - 4" for rotating monitor assembly(from Woodcraft)

Trackball - U-Trak from Ultimarc with optional LED lighting kit

Spinner - SpinTrak (from Ultimarc)

Buttons - Goldleaf (from Ultimarc)

NovaGemCDR™ Coin Drop Replacement Pushbutton, in red (from Groovy Game Gear)

Marquee - 22.5" wide x 5" high marquee - designed using Pacfont lettering in Microsoft word and artwork scaled (using vector art editing program Inkscape) and arranged in the unique way shown, printed and mounted on plexiglass (by Game On Grafix); backlit using Groovy Game Gear's LED set (series of 6 mini-strips of 3 LEDs each)

Wood - 3/4" oak plywood (Home Depot) for cabinet and control panel, 1/2" plywood for rotating monitor mounting "disk"

Computer - Dell Dimension 2400 mini tower PC with front plastic cover & floppy drive removed; PC side mounted at rear of cabinet with CD/DVD drive and USB ports accessible through cut-outs of left side of cabinet; face of drive and ports painted to match cabinet and blend in

Speakers - Logitech S220 2.1 Speaker System with Subwoofer; Creative I-Trigue 3400 satelite speakers w/cool 3-hole design(Creative I-Trigue 3400 subwoofer died)
